I’ve been thinking about my approach to street photography lately. An exercise that is more a by-product of being too busy with other photography undertakings.
In my endeavours to create an introduction to my new zine, which will soon be available, I created a poem that captured my intent when photographing street. Essentially I seek lonely islands within a geometric context.
I resonate with the minimalist approach to street that heightens the effect of an individual or few within a large structure, in the case of the above, space.
With a break coming from my various work routines I am looking forward to capturing more images and burning through a number of roles of TriX and Superia 400!
