Leica M6; Fujifilm Superia 400 pushed; Cinestill C41
My friend and fellow photographer introduced my to the app Adobe Capture which enables me to determine the colour palette of an image.
I’ve used it to determine the colour palettes of my favourite colour film images to see what it is about the colour that I appreciate so much.
The colour of the images all have a subdued green in their shadows and in some images, a pinky magenta.
I’m absolutely smitten by the colour palettes of Fujifilm Superia 400 that has been pushed to 800. The highlights in the sun are quite saturated whereas the shadows have the muted green creating a complementary colour scheme.
These muted colours are perfect for winter shooting!
